MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. allegedly received P25 billion in “SOP” kickbacks from his requested P100 billion in insertions in the 2025 national budget, resigned Ako Bicol Rep. Elizaldy “Zaldy” Co claimed on Saturday in the second part of his bombshell video detailing graft in the spending law.

In this video, Co walked back his earlier denial of his ex-aide Orly Guteza’s testimony before the Senate about delivering cold cash in kickbacks to Malacañang and former Speaker Martin Romualdez’s house in Forbes Park.
