MANILA, Philippines—The Independent Commission for Infrastructure (ICI) is “carefully reviewing” the statement of resigned Ako Bicol Rep. Elizaldy Co Friday, which implicated President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. in the infrastructure projects corruption scandal.
ICI Executive Director Brian Keith Hosaka said this in a message to reporters when asked to comment on Co’s allegation that Marcos ordered the insertion of at least P100 billion in projects in the 2025 General Appropriations Act.
